Important Coverage Notes: Please note that we are currently opted-out of Medicare, Medicare Supplements, and Tricare Medical. We only accept South Dakota Medicaid following program approval.
Financial Policy
Your insurance plan is a contract between you, your employer, and the provider. While we assist with benefit coordination, ultimate financial responsibility rests with the patient.
- Down Payments: Any down payment made is an estimate only. You are responsible for all fees regardless of insurance coverage.
- Payment Methods: We accept cash, checks, credit/debit cards, and Health Savings (HSA) cards.
- Payment Timing: For patients without dental insurance, payment is required in full on the day of service.
Outstanding Balances: Unpaid balances after the first billing cycle are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
