    3. Review Policies: We encourage you to review our Financial Policy and Sedation Instructions prior to your visit.

What to Bring to Your First Appointment:

  • A complete list of your current medications.
  • Your dental and medical insurance cards.
  • Downpayment if required

Important: Appointment Confirmation Policy To provide the best service to all of our patients, we ask that you confirm your appointment within 3 days of your scheduled time. If confirmation is not received via our automated text/email system or a phone call, the appointment will be considered canceled.
